He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Public Administration, equipping him with a strong foundation in business and governance.

With a distinguished career, including 24 years of service as a Visa Officer at the Australian High Commission in New Delhi, India, Yashpal possesses in-depth knowledge of international student recruitment and visa processes. His experience and dedication make him an invaluable asset in leading SSC’s efforts to attract and support international students.

In his role, Yashpal trains internal staff on assessing international students’ Statements of Purpose (SOPs) and financial documentation, ensuring compliance with the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) framework. He also focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with educational agencies across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, and the Philippines to support student recruitment and admissions.

With over nine years of experience in customer service and business, Andres has worked with some of Ecuador’s largest banks and multinational companies. MM Sazzad Bin Afaz is a highly qualified Academic Trainer and Assessor for the Diploma of Project Management at South Sydney College (SSC). Previously, Sazzad worked as a VET Trainer and Assessor in Leadership and Management, Project Management, and Marketing and Communication. He has also contributed as a consultant for validation teams in other VET institutions. His diverse industry experience—ranging from Managing Partner and Customer Service Representative to Assistant Manager of Frontline Management—provides valuable real-world insights that enhance his teaching approach.

Throughout her career, Shirin has worked closely with individuals facing significant challenges, including homelessness, substance addiction, and traumatic childhood experiences. Her work with organisations such as The Salvation Army and Anglican Services has provided her with invaluable insights into the complexities of social care. She also volunteers at a special school in the St. George area, offering support to students with diverse needs.
